Services described

Pages describing assessments, retainers, workshops, and handover support are informational. A binding engagement begins only when both parties accept a written proposal or statement of work.

Intellectual property

Site content, including text and graphics we publish, remains owned by Infra Data Services unless otherwise stated. Deliverables produced under a paid engagement are licensed or assigned as specified in that engagement’s statement of work. You may not reproduce site materials for commercial use without written permission.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse this site to attempt unauthorized access, disrupt service, scrape content at a volume that impairs availability, or submit unlawful or abusive content through forms.

Disclaimer

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Infra Data Services is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site. Liability arising from paid engagements is limited as set out in the applicable statement of work.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea (KR). Courts with jurisdiction in Busan shall have exclusive venue for disputes arising from site use, unless a statement of work specifies otherwise for a paid engagement.

Changes

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes to active engagements are handled by written amendment.
