Fees follow engagement scope — number of applications, sites, and report cadence — rather than a one-size subscription.
All amounts below are starting points in Korean won (KRW) and exclude any third-party software licences. Final quotes reflect discovery scope confirmed on a scoping call.
Operations Analytics Assessment
From ₩4,800,000 fixed project fee
Covers discovery across a defined set of applications and sites, gap analysis, prioritized recommendations, and a half-day readout. Estimate rises with additional sites or when more than four applications feed the packs under review.
Recurring Operations Reporting
From ₩2,200,000 per month
Monthly retainer for an agreed report set and cadence. Minimum three months. Price depends on report count, weekly versus monthly delivery, and whether a monthly review call is included.
Incident Reporting Workshop
From ₩1,600,000 per workshop day
Includes pre-work questionnaire, facilitation for up to twelve participants, and template delivery within five business days. On-site sessions in the Busan area may add travel if outside the Yeonje corridor.
Reporting Handover Support
From ₩1,900,000 fixed fee
Up to three named reports, runbooks, and one shadowed production cycle. Additional reports are quoted separately.
