Refund & cancellation policy

Scope

This policy applies to professional engagements offered by Infra Data Services: Operations Analytics Assessment, Recurring Operations Reporting, Incident Reporting Workshop, and Reporting Handover Support. It does not cover software products, physical goods, or subscriptions we do not sell.

Deposits

Assessments, workshops, and handover engagements typically require a deposit stated in the proposal (often 30–50% of the fixed fee) to reserve kickoff dates. Recurring reporting retainers are invoiced monthly in advance.

Eligibility for refund

• Full refund of deposit: if you cancel in writing more than 10 business days before the agreed kickoff or workshop date, and no discovery work has started
• Partial refund: if you cancel between 5 and 10 business days before kickoff, we may retain up to 40% of the deposit to cover preparation already completed
• No deposit refund: cancellations within 5 business days of kickoff, or after discovery interviews have begun, except where required by applicable Korean consumer law

Work already started

Once discovery, inventory work, or workshop facilitation has started, fees for completed stages are non-refundable. Unused future stages may be credited toward a rescheduled date or refunded on a pro-rata basis at our discretion, documented in writing.

Recurring reporting retainers

Monthly retainers may be cancelled with 30 days’ written notice before the next billing period. Fees for the current month are non-refundable once report production for that period has started. Unused prepaid months beyond the notice period are refundable.

Workshops — no-shows and rescheduling

If participants do not attend a confirmed workshop without 3 business days’ notice, the workshop fee is non-refundable. You may reschedule once without charge when notice is given at least 5 business days ahead, subject to facilitator availability in KST.

Purchased materials

We do not sell physical materials as a product line. Any printed packs produced for an engagement are included in the fee and are not separately refundable once delivered.

Refund process & timing

Email info@infradataservices.digital with your proposal reference and reason for the request. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 business days of approval.

Exceptions

If Infra Data Services cancels an engagement for reasons within our control, you receive a full refund of amounts paid for undelivered work, or a mutually agreed reschedule at no extra fee.
