Purposes

We use personal data to respond to inquiries, prepare quotes, deliver engagements, improve site usability (when analytics are accepted), and meet legal record-keeping obligations in Korea.

Legal bases

Processing is based on steps requested prior to a contract (inquiries and quotes), performance of a contract (paid engagements), legitimate interests in operating a professional practice, and consent where required for non-essential cookies.

Retention

  • Contact form submissions: up to 24 months unless converted into an active engagement file
  • Engagement records: typically 5 years after project close, or longer if required by Korean tax or commercial law

Our primary processing location is the Republic of Korea. If tools or subprocessors store data outside Korea, we apply contractual safeguards and limit transfers to what is necessary for hosting, email, or analytics. We will identify relevant subprocessors on request.

Security

We apply reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, or loss. No method of transmission over the internet is fully secure; please avoid sending sensitive credentials through the contact form.

Children

This site is directed at professional audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
