From scoping call to readout
Engagement process
A clear path for infrastructure operations analytics work — so stakeholders know when interviews, drafts, and decisions happen.
This page describes how we typically run an Operations Analytics Assessment and related reporting engagements. Cadence adjusts for retainers and workshops, but the same principles apply: named owners, agreed cut-offs, and written decisions.
-
Scoping call
We confirm which infrastructure applications and sites are in scope, who produces today’s packs, and whether discovery should be on-site or remote. You leave with a written fee proposal and kickoff date options in KST.
-
Kickoff & access
We introduce the consultant and analyst, collect sample packs, and agree interview slots that respect shift schedules. Read-only extracts or screen-shares replace broad system access whenever possible.
-
Discovery
Interviews cover supervisors and application owners. We inventory reports, map figures to sources, and note where weekly and monthly packs overlap or conflict.
-
Draft assessment
You receive a draft gap analysis and prioritized recommendations. Comments focus on factual corrections and feasibility — not redesigning your entire application landscape.
-
Readout workshop
A half-day session walks stakeholders through decisions: which reports to keep, cut, or retarget, and who owns each remaining pack.
-
Handoff
Final deliverable and, when requested, a path into recurring reporting or handover support. Deposits and cancellation rules are in our refund policy.
What we need from you
- A single operations contact who can book interviews
- Recent weekly and monthly packs, even if imperfect
- Names of applications feeding those packs
