Why we exist
Infrastructure operations applications produce more numbers than most teams can brief. Supervisors need a short, trusted pack; application owners need definitions that survive audit questions. Infra Data Services sits between those needs — clarifying what to report, how often, and who owns each figure.
Origin
The practice grew out of work with Korean industrial and facilities operations teams who already licensed capable applications but still spent Fridays rebuilding spreadsheets. We started in Busan’s Yeonje area to stay close to site visits along the corridor, while supporting remote discovery for multi-site networks.
How we work
We begin with the reports you already produce — including the imperfect ones. Interviews cover both floor supervisors and application owners. Recommendations stay within your current tooling unless you explicitly ask us to evaluate a change. We write in plain language and leave runbooks when ownership must transfer.
Values that show up in deliverables
- Prefer fewer figures that drive decisions over denser packs that go unread.

- Document cadence and cut-off times so late extracts do not silently shift totals.
